Boston real estate team launches own private listing platform

estate
brokerages
have
been
busy
building
their
own
private
listing
networks,
one
Boston-based
real
estate
team
has
taken
up
the
initiative
to
set
up
their
own
exclusive
listing
platform.
On
Wednesday,
The
Sarkis
Team,
led
by
George
and
Manny
Sarkis
and
brokered
at
Douglas
Elliman,
launched
its
very
own
private
exclusive
listing
platform.
According
to
the
announcement,
the
platform,
which
is
currently
hosted
on
the
team’s
website
SarkisBoston.com,
debuted
with
15
exclusive
listings,
representing
more
than
$200
million
in
private
listings.
Through
the
website,
invited
consumers
can
access
SARKIS
SOON,
an
invite-only
marketplace,
which
shows
exclusive
listings
across
on-market,
pre-market
and
fully
private
opportunities.
In
2024,
The
Sarkis
Team,
which
consisted
then
of
16
active
licensed
agents,
closed
209.8
transaction
sides
for
a
total
sales
volume
of
$312.68
million,
according
to
RealTrends
Verified
Data.
This
performance
earned
the
team
the
No.
1
rank
in
the
state
for
sales
volume
among
large
teams
in
the
2025
RealTrends
Verified
Rankings.
According
to
the
team,
Boston
is
known
for
its
unusually
high
volume
of
off-market
deals
and
“quiet-channel
inventory.”
By
launching
this
marketplace,
George
and
Manny
Sarkis
say
they
hope
to
formalize
this
behind
the
scenes
process
and
turn
it
into
a
more
secure
and
team-controlled
ecosystem.

The
Sarkis
team
is
claiming
that
this
is
the
first
private
exclusive
listing
platform
operated
by
a
team,
independent
of
the
brokerage
system,
calling
this
a
“significant
evolution”
of
the
model.
They
feel
this
platform
will
create
a
“direct-to-team
pipeline
for
high-net-worth
buyers
who
prioritize
confidentiality,
early
access
and
a
highly
curated
luxury
experience.”
The
team
is
currently
planning
to
debut
a
mobile
app
for
their
private
listing
platform.
The
website
features
high-quality
photos,
an
interactive
listing
experience
and
early
access
opportunities
for
qualified
buyers.
