link

Empower
loan
origination
platform
through
a
managed
gateway,
a
company
press

stated.
The
gateway
validates
user
identity,
enforces
permissions,
limits
data
access
and
creates
an
audit
trail
for
every
request.
Dark
Matter
handles
all
infrastructure
and
monitoring,
while
lenders
build
and
deploy
the
AI
agents
themselves.

Lenders
can
use
the
agents
to
answer
natural-language
questions
about
pipeline
status,
tasks
or
upcoming
closings,
with
access
limited
to
authorized
information.
The
system
also
allows
connections
to
other
internal
platforms,
such
as
customer
relationship
management,

servicing
or
billing
systems.
