her
real
estate
career
in
1987,
Verderose
has
worked
as
an

agent,
broker-owner
and
franchisee,
leading
multiple
offices.
She
previously
spent
21
years
with

EXIT
Realty
Corp.

In
addition
to
her
brokerage
leadership,
Verderose
is
a
licensed
real
estate
instructor
in

New
Jersey
and
serves
as
director
of
the

Real
Estate
IQ
Academy.

She
has
coached
brokers
and
teams
nationwide
through
Workman
Success
Systems
—
focusing
on
structured
systems,
accountability
frameworks
and
leadership
strategies.

Verderose
has
also
served
in
leadership
roles
at
the
local,
regional
and
state
levels,
including
as
president
of
local
and
regional
associations.
She
has
been
a
director
with

Bright
MLS
and

SJ
Shore
MLS,
and
has
participated
on
committees
within
the

National
Association
of
Realtors.

Muller,
who
was
appointed
president
of
Fathom
Realty
last
week,
