HomeServices of America announces more executive changes

after

HomeServices
of
America

announced
that
Chris
Kelly
was

taking
over
as
CEO

from
Gino
Blefari,
the
firm
is
back
with
more

C-suite
changes
.

On
Thursday,
the
firm
announced
the
appointment
of
Alex
Seavall
to
chief
financial
and
operations
officer,
along
with
the
appointment
of
Candace
Adams
as
executive
vice
president
of

HomeServices
of
America,

the
role

vacated
by
Kelly
.

Seavall
previously
served
as
the
company’s
chief
financial
officer.
In
his
expanded
role,
he
will
have
executive
oversight
of
the
firm’s
finance,
shared
services,
information
technology,
human
resources,
franchise
services,
relocation
division
and
business
partners
group.

Adams
is
also
an
internal
hire,
having
previously
served
as
the
CEO
of


Berkshire
Hathaway


HomeServices
New
England
Properties
.
She
will
continue
serving
as
the
chair
of
that
brokerage,
but
Brenda
Maher
has
been
appointed
as
the
president
of
Berkshire
Hathaway
HomeServices
New
England
and
New
York
Properties.

His

to

and

has

expanded
title

the

he
