HomeXpress launches on ARIVE, expanding broker access to non-QM and investor loans

that
it
has
launched
on
the


ARIVE

platform,
allowing
approved
brokers
to
access
HomeXpress
products
and
pricing
on
ARIVE’s
loan
origination
system.

HomeXpress
is
wholesale
lender
that
specializes
in
nonqualified
mortgages
(non-QMs)
and
loans
for

real
estate
investors
.
The
company
said
in
a
press
release
that
the
integration
aims
to
give
brokers
the
ability
to
“evaluate
loan
options
and
pricing
without
leaving
the
workflow
they
already
use
to
run
their
business.”

HomeXpress
and
ARIVE
explained
that
the
decision
to
partner
was
based
on
“strong
overlap
between
the
two
companies’
broker
communities.”
About
one-third
of
HomeXpress’s
active
broker
partners
already
operate
on
ARIVE.

Brokers

who
are
approved
to
do
business
with
HomeXpress
can
access
products
and
pricing
within
ARIVE
now.

ARIVE

the
addition
of
HomeXpress
to
its
platform
will
strengthen
its
offerings

non-QM
and
investor
loans.
