OneKey MLS partners with Broker Public Portal for consumer home search

Public
Portal

to
help
power
its
consumer-facing
home
search
experience.
The
MLS,
which
serves
consumers
and
agents
in
New
York
City
and
Long
Island,
announced
the
partnership
earlier
this
month. 

The
MLS
said
this
partnership
reflects
its
focus
on
delivering
a
consumer
experience
that
reinforces
the
value
of
MLS
data,
while
still
supporting
broker
and
seller
choice
and
creating
meaningful
business
opportunities
for
participants.
Through
this
partnership,
the
MLS
will
now
publish
listings
to

Cribio
,
the
Broker
Public
Portal’s
national
consumer-facing
home
search
website.

is

for
the
professionals
who
rely
on
us
every
day,”

the
CEO
of
OneKey
MLS,
said
in
a

next
phase
of
our
strategy
ensures
that

consumer-facing

only

MLS

but
also
actively
supports

directly

listing

Listing
agents
and
their
clients
may
opt
out
of
displaying
their
listings
on
Cribio,
which
OneKey
said
will
help
maintain
broker
and

seller
choice

OneKey
is

founding
owner
of
the

Broker
Public
Portal
.
The
Broker
Public
Portal
was
created
via
a
collaboration
between
brokerages
and
MLSs
to
create
a
consumer-facing
home
search
platform
that
is
owned
and
governed
by
the
real
estate
industry,
helping
to
ensure
accurate
MLS
data,
fair
listing
displays
and
direct
connections
between
consumers
and
listing
agents.
