coached

and

training

his

role,
Burgess
will
also
serve
as
the
president
of
the
Santa
Rosa
Beach,

Florida-based

Berkshire
Hathaway
HomeServices
Beach
Properties
of
Florida.

addition
of
the
chief
coaching
position
and
Burgess’
appointment
are
signs
of
the
company’s

Earlier
this
week,
the
company
announced
the
addition

Renee
Gonzales
as

week’s
appointments
mark
the
fifth
and
sixth
executive
appointments
at
the
firm
since
April,
including
the
promotion
of
Kelly
after

Gino
Blefari
stepped
down.

Other

appointments
include
Alex
Seavall
as
chief
financial
and
operations
officer,
and
Candace
Adams
as
executive
vice
president
of

America
—
the
role
vacated
by
Kelly.
