Real estate coach Jimmy Burgess is the newest executive hire at HomeServices

executive
team.
On
Thursday,
the
firm
announced
the
appointment
of
Jimmy
Burgess
as
chief
coaching
officer,
a
new
role
at
the
brokerage
firm.

Burgess
will
lead
the
design
and
implementation
of
agent
and
leadership
coaching
across
the

HomeServices

ecosystem.
According
to
a
press
release,
Burgess
will
provide
agents
and
brokers
with
strategic
coaching
initiatives
that
support
performance,
productivity
and
personal
growth. 

“Coaching
is
no
longer
a
luxury,
it
is
a
necessity
in
today’s
market,”

Kelly
,
president
and
CEO
of
HomeServices
of
America,
said
in
a
statement.
“This
national
role
reflects
our
commitment
to

in

and

Jimmy’s

Burgess
has
coached
thousands
of
agents
and
has
authored
several
training
resources.
In
addition
to
his
new
role,
Burgess
will
also
serve
as
the
president
of
the
Santa
Rosa
Beach,

Florida
-based

Berkshire
Hathaway
HomeServices
Beach
Properties
of
Florida
.

addition

chief
coaching
position

Burgess’
appointment

Earlier
this
week,
the
company
announced
the
addition

Gonzales

as

This
week’s
appointments
mark
the
fifth
and
sixth
executive
appointments
at
the
firm
since
April,
including
the
promotion
of
Kelly
after

Gino
Blefari
stepped
down
.

Other

appointments

include
Alex
Seavall
as
chief
financial
and
operations
officer,
and
Candace
Adams
as
executive
vice
president
of
HomeServices
of
America

the
role
vacated
by
Kelly.

The
company
also
recently
hired

Vince
Leisey

as
the
president
of

HSF
Affiliates
,
the
franchisor
of


Berkshire
Hathaway


HomeServices
