specifically

The
new
platform
is
expected
to
reduce
the
time
and

typically

in
closing
real
estate
deals
—

improvements
in
processing

for
professionals
such

agents,
escrow
officers

lenders.

Terms
of
the
deal
were
not
disclosed.

Earlier
this
month, RealPage announced
its
acquisition
of

Livble,
a
flexible
rent
payment
provider.
