quickly
and
efficiently,
further
positioning
ServiceLink
as
an
industry
UAD

leader,
adding
to
our
readiness
and
preparedness
efforts
as
we
embark
on
the
next
phase
of
the
GSE’s
timeline,”
Green
said.

The
tool
is
intended
to
help
appraisers
navigate
standardized
terminology,
field
requirements
and
reporting
rules
under
the
updated
format.

The
announcement
comes
as
the
mortgage
industry
prepares
for
broader
adoption
of
UAD
3.6,
with
broad
production
scheduled
to
begin
Monday,
Jan.
26.

Access
to
the
new
reporting
format
has
been
limited,
as
only
a

have
received
approval
from

to
produce
the
