integrations

are
joining

Compass
,
according
to
an
announcement
on
Thursday. 

Vista
Real
Estate
serves
clients
in
central
Texas
and
has
more
than
60
agents,
while
Halo
Group
Realty
serves
clients
in
the

Dallas
-Fort
Worth
metro
area
and
has
40-plus
agents.

serving
Texas,”
Gabe
Richter,
Compass’s
regional
vice
president
for
Texas,
said
in
a
statement.

addition

has
witnessed
the
return
of

addition
of
three

to

Group. 

On
Tuesday,
Compass
informed
the


National
Association
of
Realtors

(NAR)
and
MLS
leaders
that
it
is

no
longer
adhering

to
the

Clear
Cooperation
Policy

or
any
other
national
MLS
policy
that
it
thinks
will
negatively
impacts
clients.

The
brokerage
is
also
currently
facing
its
fair
share
of
legal
challenges

including
being
named
as
a

defendant

in
a

telemarketing
lawsuit
.
That’s
on
top
of
other
courtroom
battles
with


Northwest
MLS

and


Zillow
.
