up
to
launch
Instant
Income
Clarity,
a
new
tool
that
verifies
borrower
income
in
minutes
and
makes
the
data
accessible
to
loan
officers
and
branch
teams,
not
just
underwriters.

The
companies
said
the
jointly
developed
platform
“combines
TRUE’s
Background
AI
workers
with
Candor’s
proven
decisioning
engine,”
which
both
companies
say
has
supported
more
than
600,000
underwritten
loans
with
zero
repurchases.

Candor
and
TRUE
claim
the
tool
is
the
first
to
deliver
GSE-aligned,
verified
income
analysis
instantly,
a
process
that
typically
takes
hours
or
days
using
traditional
systems
that
rely
on
manual
review
or
offshore
outsourcing.

The
system
automatically
updates
as
new
borrower
documents
are
added,
and

Underwriters
retain

but
routine
income
analysis
is
handled
automatically.

TRUE
and
Candor
said
the
tool
can
shorten
loan
cycle
times,
lower
costs
and
reduce
repurchase
risk.

The
companies
says
they
plan
to
showcase
Instant
Income
Clarity
at
the
Mortgage
Bankers
Association’s
Annual
Conference
in
Las
Vegas
at
the
end
of
the
month.
