In an unbelievable violation of the first amendment, a national news correspondent with a camera crew on hand is arrested for refusing to leave a press conference covering the Ohio train derailment. He he had every right to listen to this press conference, but is repeatedly cajoled by the national guard to leave the building despite peacefully trying to stand his ground to do his constitutionally protected job.
